How it works

1. Tell us about the client by emailing affiliates@ledgerbrigade.com before they sign up with us.
2. We take it from there: briefing, proposal and onboarding.
3. You earn a share of the professional fees we collect from them, every month for their first 12 months.

What you earn

When you move up a tier, the higher rate applies to all your active referred clients from that month onward. Your 6th client lifts your share on the first five too.

Example: refer 11 bookkeeping clients on our ₹4,999 monthly plan, and you earn 12% on all of them: about ₹6,600 a month.

When you get paid

• Your share starts once the client has paid us for two months.
• Each amount becomes due 15 days after we receive the client’s payment, and is paid on the next scheduled payout date: the 2nd or 4th Saturday of the month.
• TDS is deducted as required under the Income-tax Act. Please share your PAN when you join.

Good to know

• Referred clients must be new to Ledger Brigade.
• Your share is calculated on professional fees only, not GST, government fees or other pass-through costs.
